Analysing complex processes and mapping their interaction calls for a cooperation between multiple fields. By delegating professionals specialising in the operation of industrial process control systems, the company is capable of performing functional safety analyses regarding to IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 standards. The related activities cover hazard identification (HAZID), hazard and operability studies (HAZOP), the analysis of existing protection systems (LOPA Layer of Protection Analysis, Risk Matrix, Risk Graph), as well as safety integrity level (SIL) assessment. The results are delivered to the client in the form of a report, which can be used for designing instrument safety features.
